This Privacy Policy explains how Specs Hub (trading as Low Cost Glasses, “we”, “us”), of Office No. 102, First Floor, Malik Square, E Block, Sector B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit or buy from LowCostGlasses.ca. We are the data controller for your personal data.
1. Personal data we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, account login details, order details, and messages you send us.
- Prescription and health-related data: your eyeglass prescription (SPH, CYL, axis, PD, prism, etc.) and any lens requirements, which we need to make your glasses.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our third-party payment gateways shown at checkout (such as Safepay). We do not store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and information collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from others: delivery updates from couriers and fraud-screening results from payment providers.
2. How we use (process) your personal data
- To process, manufacture, ship and track your order, including using your prescription to make your lenses.
- To take payment, prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
- To provide customer service and handle returns, refunds and complaints.
- To send service messages (order confirmation, dispatch and delivery updates).

We share personal data only as needed with: our e-commerce platform (Shopify); payment processors and gateways; our optical lab; couriers and postal services; email and IT service providers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We are based in Pakistan and our service providers may process data in other countries (for example Canada, the United States or the EU). When we transfer data we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
