These Terms & Conditions govern your use of LowCostGlasses.ca (the “site”) and any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Specs Hub is a business based in Pakistan. We sell to customers in Canada and worldwide.
2. Use of the site
2.1 The site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2.2 All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
2.3 If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Products and prescriptions
3.1 We sell prescription glasses, non-prescription glasses, sunglasses and lenses. Product images are for illustration; colours may vary slightly by screen.
3.2 You must provide an accurate, valid prescription issued by a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist. We make lenses exactly to the details you enter and are not responsible for errors in the prescription you provide.
3.3 Our glasses are not a substitute for regular eye examinations. If you experience discomfort, stop wearing them and consult an eye-care professional.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include the item price. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes in your country may apply (see our Shipping & Delivery policy).
4.2 Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders and contract
5.1 Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a prescription cannot be made, in which case we will refund you in full.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

8. Complaints
Complaints can be made by email or phone and are handled as described in our Complaints policy.
9. Promotions
Discount codes and special offers are subject to their stated terms, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one offer can be used per order.
10. Liability
10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 10.2 Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays, customs or natural events).
11. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
